      Industry leading innovative company, which takes care of its employees. Lot of career opportunities , rotation programs and assignments. Appropriate salary and benefits, good work - life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Change management could be better, as well as handing the expansion of the company. Systems are unreliable sometimes

      Avantages

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Inconvénients

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
