Lack of transparency is a huge issue. So much information is hidden and it's a closed-door policy for sure. Management will tell you one thing and then do something completely different a moment later. Leaders don't have the right level of accountability and a lot of rash decisions are made.
Way too much focus on the bottom line and rewarding a small handful of favored employees. Consultants with solid performance get stuck in their roles while favored employees who are failing at their roles get promoted into new ones (I guess hoping something will stick? I saw this happen so many times).
Employee turnover is very high with so many people leaving the organization. Salaries seem to be low compared to what other companies are offering.
