-week off in December -take days off as needed if you have the hours to spare -semi decent benefits and a small match to retirement

-pay is terrible -management doesn’t care about anything because nothing here matters. -they interview for manager positions and give you lesser titles. -interview is them just lying to you about how great it is and when you come you see the truth. -assistant manager positions are given to friends of supervisors that knew one another from elsewhere or are buddy buddy -basically not a skills based job. You will not be compensated well for being a skilled gardener. Experience or not you start at the bottom -volunteer department doesn’t communicate well with field staff well often leaving gardeners do figure it out on the fly
