Flexible scheduling, PTO, Vacation after a year, generally chill coworkers

Inconvénients

Poor management, for anything to be changed it has to go all the way up through the top and it takes forever.

Avantages

Lovely grounds. Friendly and courteous staff. Fun and engaging activities for hotel clientele. Competitive pay.

Inconvénients

Managers are almost always busy (which is a good thing) but when an issue needs to be escalated, it can take quite a while. Possibly 2-3 days.
