      Very supportive and welcoming vibe. The leaders are open-minded and willing to provide learning opportunities.

      It’s a job. The pay is consistent.

      Inconvénients

      You are a glorified baby sitter. If the clients refuse to clean up after themselves it becomes the staff’s duty without repercussions for the clients. You are essentially a maid and van driver. There is a culture of nepotism.
