      -Small company -Potential to learn if you work 200% extra -Come and go as you please

      Inconvénients

      -Company plays favorites: if you know someone higher up your job is secure regardless of the circumstances, managers cover up after preferred employees -IL literacy is rewarded, Safety Manger's position is futile -Hard work goes unnoticed
