      Avantages

      The paychecks arrived on time.

      Inconvénients

      There are too many things to cover in one area. Owner/CEO walking around with nothing but shorts often. Extreme racism often found in every aspect of actions. Discrimination against people for weight, looks. CFO literally insulting employees for their weight when they thought the employee couldn't hear them.
