      Avantages

      There are honestly zero pros to working at Ritz Safety.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management does not care about employees and have said as much. Only yes men are considered for advancement. President of company is extremely condescending and does not inspire loyalty or desire to work hard. Pay is extremely low. Choosing to leave Ritz Safety was the best decision I've ever made.

      Lack of transparency around compensation structure, particularly commission payouts No clearly documented or signed compensation plan provided Limited communication from leadership regarding expectations and performance metrics Abrupt termination process with no prior warning or performance discussion No clear breakdown of final pay, including commissions and accrued time
