      Co-workers were nice folks, the monthly salary may be competitive (while it lasts)

      Inconvénients

      Owner is mentally unstable and shows signs of dementia. He makes a regular habit of firing good employees and, in some cases, suing them. Don't believe a word he says during the interview process, as he will promise the moon and make it sound like you will have a career there, only to make a complete about face in about a month's time. You will be lucky to last 3 months in this increasingly tiny company.

      Flexibile work timings and proximity to Central Business District

      Inconvénients

      This place is a home for aggrieved supremacists, delusional keyboard ninjas, old timers with scanty exposure and their family members. Work hard and you'll be fired because the incompetent fools are waiting to steal your credit while manipulating their top boss. The tech stack is pre Stone Age and there is no ability to build anything substantial except whatever some old govt establishment occasionally tosses their way.

      If you want to be bullied every day and put down I don’t suggest you work at this company. Extremely high turnover.
