Avantages
This is truly a gem among startups. The focus on culture and personal development is second to none. Lots of good colleagues. Strong management, with a good mix of seasoned ones and some younger ones trying to learn. Management always listening, open to ideas, gives freedom for you to execute, lots of trusts. Very good work/life balance.
Inconvénients
Some challenges in scaling rapidly - how to efficiently train and onboard many new employees. Used to be a small local team, now bigger and more distributed, and many changes occurring as we scale, so you need to be adaptable and take on bigger challenges.
