Start up, bad managers, don't know where they are going as a company, hemorrhage money

Rise modular is an unstable company. I would not recommend working here, decisions are made based on how cheap it is, and convenience. They enable sexual and other forms of harassment. The working conditions are not satisfactory, much of the equipment is unsafe. They do not see employees as people. There is a significant trend of favoritism and nepotism in the workplace, as well as management being aware of drug usage in the building on company time.
