      Avantages

      This is a great place to learn how to train and develop others and ourselves. During meetings it's paid training and if we want to improve faster anyone is willing to help even off the clock.

      Inconvénients

      Time management in the beginning was hard, it me a bit to realize that keeping a planner is important just like in any other business. I loved that my trainer set aside her personal time to help me get started on managing and keeping track of goals I wanted to accomplish.

      Avantages

      Growth potential is unparalleled. Not only do they understand the best trained team wins, they only promote from within. You get a checklist when you get complete the check list you get promoted. It's not a MLM, you don't pay anything ever and there is no recruiting of family and friends. You get a guaranteed pay plus the better you do the more you make so you have the ability to get paid what your worth.

      Inconvénients

      This isn't for everyone. Just the NFL they aren't looking nor accepting everyone.
