The people are amazing, smart and have a sense of humor. Few were the days when I didn't laugh. Everyone will teach you what they know if you show some interest into what they do and are willing to put in some effort. Riot has a strategical direction that makes sense and is well thought through. No matter what you are working on, when you are working there, it matters and you (should) know why it does. The entire company is focused on the interest of the players. Although this is a bit hard to grasp for people that are in more traditional work places, it makes a huge difference in how everyone approaches work and feels really good. This is a place where you can both be your professional self and your personal self. Everyone has different opinions and you are welcome to express what you think and believe in (provided you remain open to the ideas of others). They are quick, responsive and nice which makes anything a lot easier.
