      Avantages

      - financially stable company - one of the leading companies in Sweden in the construction sector - willing to become more sustainable, ISO 14001 certified - there is environmental management in the organisation

      Inconvénients

      - operating only on the Swedish market, so the only language is needed is Swedish - there are less opportunities for career and personal development, there are mainly seniors who work there - the company form makes it difficult to be more innovative in the field of sustainable development, which is a co-operating economic association i.e. hard to influence the construction firms and other suppliers (indirect influence mainly) to become more sustainable

      Employee-oriented company, you have the possibility to influence your work Long-term strategy with focus on sustainability both in the company, for customers and for the society surrounding us Many opportunities to grow in my specific line of work as well as in the company Down-to-earth working environment and values

      Inconvénients

      Can be a bit slow on decision-making and getting every unit to work in the same direction Is a cooperation which can be complicated at sometimes, both a pro and a con, hard to grasp the owner-structure and what impact it has on working in the company
