The HCM branch has a very humane and people-first culture. Management is reasonable and approachable, and the overall work environment feels supportive compared to many companies in the industry.
Inconvénients
Workload is very heavy and has been increasing over time. As the company pushes to integrate AI into workflows, performance expectations have risen significantly across all roles — not just developers. PMs, BAs, QAs, and Devs are all under pressure to deliver more with the same or fewer resources, which is becoming increasingly unsustainable.
