      In zich zelf gekeerde organisatie Ouderwetse manier van denken/besturen Niet met beide benen in de werkelijkheid (nog te veel monocultuur van witte, hoog opgeleide beleidsmakers en hun papieren werkelijkheid)

      The graduate civil service program with the Dutch Government offers you a wide range of opportunities (depending on own initiative) to work on 3/4 interesting different projects over a period of 2 years with different departments and ministries.

      Inconvénients

      Many cuts are being made in government budgets, hence, it is difficult to extend your contract after two years and to find an interesting vacancy to apply for.
