Need to review salaries with COVID changes

The culture is unmatched at Rigid. The people care and support each other. Rigid has given a lot of people chances to do stuff they have never done before. I've seen them pay for certifications and schooling to help people grow.

"Do more with less" motto since covid. All teams have been reduced and overworked and people who have dedicated years of hard work to build the brand are being forced out due to taking on more responsibilities with with no compensation for the extra work. Positions don't get back filled and management expects the employees that don't quit to fill in the holes instead of hiring someone new. Most of the staff is in this weird silent quitting phase, holding on to the hope that everything will be fixed with the entrance of a new president.
