Good people, challenging work environment

Pay scale was on the lower end for techs.

The pay is good for this area. I make well above minimum wage.

Management is sloppy, Poor scheduling, rude customers, no consideration for your time, doesn't matter how hard you work its never enough, I work alone in the field on heavy equipment and my supervisor doesn't check in to make sure I'm ok.
