Will give more work than can get completed within the allotted time. Had problems with scheduling. Would set up jobs without making sure materials would be there. Wouldn't always make sure customers were made aware of day of installation

Friendly atmosphere with other employees. Management is caring but they have to implement what corporate decides. Greed of the owners and upper management has made this a place I could never recommend anyone to work at.

Management is caring but they can only do so much. I doubt they are happy with their jobs either considering what is going on with corporate these days. $17 an hour at a flat hourly rate is not a living wage and any raises are very small and far between while they continue to pile more and more work on you because they are as busy as ever but are cutting hours to put more money in their pockets. Doing the job of two people for this low pay is not acceptable.
