Avantages

close knit bunch of people, the work itself isn't strenuous and if you are competent with targets, you shouldn't have an issue.

Inconvénients

treated as a number, not as an individual. little/no room to progress. constant unnerving feeling of insecurity due to ridiculously high turnover. the "favourites" on the sales floor are blatantly obvious to the rest.

Avantages

Good working environment & good people

Inconvénients

Because of the nature of the trade, staff are taken on with little/no experience just to have enough staff to get the work done - higher managment are then surprised when customer feed back is bad Work/ilfe balance is awful & never got work out on time - hours just got longer and longer

Really seems to have moved up a gear in last 12 months. New builds, new systems and stable senior management

Inconvénients

Pressure to hit budgets every month....
