      Avantages

      Ridgview is a Great place to work 👍; Flexible with the scheduling; Leaders are easy to talk to.

      Inconvénients

      It would be nice if the cottages had a vending machine and /or a pop machine in them so staff don't have to leave for break.

      Staff is great overall, I’m able to learn and not be judged by anyone. I feel confident working

      Flexing staff, but other than that, nothing.
