      Avantages

      Leadership is collaborative and actually listens, benefits are comparable or close enough to some of the larger healthcare orgs in the area, and culture is a "small but mighty" type of feel.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on your roll you'll get to wear many hats, which some may love or hate. We use Epic but its shared with another larger organization so that can be limiting more than we'd like at times.

      Pay is competitive with metro services, coworkers are great people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      The director and operations manager were high school buddies, and it shows. The culture has become toxic.
