Avantages

Wonderfully innovative team, each employee strives to do their best in their job, they are always trying to think of new and creative ways to make the work easier or flow more productively. The management team works tirelessly to make sure not only are we getting work done on time and achieving our company goals, but also seeing to it that the staff and all employees are motivated to do their best and feel like they're being treated well. The pay is good, and they seem to reward hard work and value the effort you put into your tasks. The work is a little tedious, but nobody stands over you or breathes down your neck. They trust everyone to do their work without having to keeps tabs on people. They even let you listen to music or podcasts. They're constantly cross training people, helping them grow in their job, and giving people opportunity to learn and better themselves in the telecommunications business. It really feels like a great company to grow with and get a career out of instead of just a job. They like to hire from the inside, giving their people every chance to build their own lives up as the company flourishes.

Inconvénients

While the company is wonderful and the team is amazing, the work load can be a bit tiresome and heavy. There's lots of overtime, which can be bad for some people. The work itself can be boring, staring at computers and papers all day, sometimes problem solving, but that can also make it less boring.

Avantages

Seemingly nice, however very deceitful people

Inconvénients

I joined the company with high hopes and enthusiasm, but I found that the lack of proper training and communication significantly hindered my ability to perform effectively. The onboarding process was rushed and disorganized, leaving me feeling unprepared for my role. Additionally, the absence of clear and consistent communication within the team led to misunderstandings and inefficiencies. I was furloughed shortly after starting and then laid off without warning. Throughout my time there, I never received proper training, which made it impossible for me to effectively perform my job. It was a complete waste of my time and I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking employment.
