Avantages
Managing Directors completely understand the idea of work-life balance while still giving top-tier attention to clients in the tech industry. Office is very friendly, and the employees have a great relationship with one another. Larkspur is a beautiful part of Northern California, and gives great access to the outdoors when a banker is not working.
Inconvénients
Most of the training is done on job. Location of office in Larkspur is good for people/students living in the suburbs of San Fran, but does not grant great access to the city aside from the Larkspur ferry.
