Perspective commerciale
Avantages
4 breaks including lunch, 4 10's, heaters for the winter 15%(!) shift diff for 2nd shift. Water/hydration popsicles provided. Market for food.
Inconvénients
Not climate controlled for manufacturing employees and no vents above ceiling fans to exhaust hot air in summer. Heaters are small and too few for the manufacturing area, but the machines do most of the heating. Voluntary time off, meaning if there is little work, you don't work and don't get paid for that day unless you use your PTO. Expensive health insurance that isn't very good
