no structure client changes their mind last minute briefs without any forward planning poor management and senior leadership style and general business acumen
I no longer work there! Also most of the people who work there are awesome until you get to the VP & Pres. level then they are awful.
Inconvénients
No raise in 2.5 years despite having to take on huge additional workload (a whole employee worth) working 6 and 7 day weeks, one sick day and one vacation day! Senior Management is horrible, no people skills whatsoever.
