      Nothing absolutely nothing a and again nothing

      Owner that only tells everyone the are worthless and understanding nothing about operations, management the yells and does misstakes all the time and blame staff instead if owning their own incompetence and a little boy that's supposed to be in charge of operations understand nothing and thinks he's a bug man.

      Avantages

      Honestly difficult to find five positives, but I can say: flexible working hours at times, some colleagues are supportive, decent exposure to operations, and a few opportunities to learn by yourself.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor leadership structure, no long-term vision, unrealistic expectations, lack of support from management, extremely high turnover, and no recognition of employee contributions.
