Avantages
Love my team, the work I do, and helping marginalized communities. I’ve worked here for so long because the people doing the real daily work are so great.
Inconvénients
The men who’ve been hired in to take over HR and departments seem to just want to slap each other’s backs and give themselves raises. Said they were doing a compensation study but they never asked anyone for updates to resumes or cv’s or anything really. Just made decisions on their own. New guy in HR seems to just talk down and over people and take credit for things everyone knows he did last minute or didn’t do at all. Other C suite seem to not care as they get to retire soon
