Avantages
There are some really good people who have great intentions and live by the company values.
Inconvénients
The culture is toxic - cliques, sexist, racist, bullying. The board and mid management lack strategic direction, employee engagement is poor (the worst globally), base wages are poor which leaves people in sales selling things they can't deliver on. The profit margins are low mainly due to the bun fight which occurs when a deal is won and 10 people claim commission. There are lines of business where services are duplicated which causes internal competition and confused customers. Print is on the decline and the transition to a digital services organisation is taking way too long thanks to the systemic stagnation throughout the business.
