      Toxic, antiquated mentality justified by being high luxury, psychologically unsafe culture driven by legacy employees. Inflexible workplace, falsely advertised as flexible, Employees too scared to challenge.

      Avantages

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Inconvénients

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
