      Avantages

      relatively good working environment compensation is just fair

      Inconvénients

      Bad HR management team they are squeezing the subordinates for works without concrete contributions to the company but only for them to gain credits from their own bosses they won't listen to any feedback but only expect the subordinates to follow even though the direction is wrong it's interesting to see them getting the employer branding awards

      Great team with cool people and no micro-management.

      Not much room for strong evolution since no one wants to leave the company.

      Avantages

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Inconvénients

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
