I am rewriting this posting again, because someone from management actually read it on here and falsely suggested that I mistakenly posted my review to the wrong company. This is somewhat disturbing, as Rhodium prides itself on hiring the best of the best when it comes to intelligence and smarts. And so for management to wildly imagine that one of their carefully selected employees is unaware of where they work - where they show up and report in to each and every day - is ludicrous. So I thought I would repost my review with the assurance that I am well aware of who I work for, thank you. Morally corrupt children run this so-called "company", and they run it poorly. You will be paid $40k per year for a $200k per year position, and they will tell you it's because you are young and lucky to be getting your foot in the door. Then they will overspend for the Principals to fly First & Business class, before then running the "company" into the ground and laying off the only talent they had. We who are still here continue to wing it and be miserable. We will all leave this place as soon as we can find something else.
