Inconvénients
For 4 months I tried getting a uniform shirt in black ( i had a red one but i look horrible in red plus it was ordered 2 sizes too big for me) and for 4 months I continously watched mgmt hand out the black polos to new employees and employees that was their favorite or family member they hired without any questions asked...however I'd been asking weekly for 4 months for just one black polo and kept getting told there's none in my size ( I wear a medium not an 15xxxl or something) not only that but I was asked to do overnights and that would cut my hours a bit but was told i could still work imos side to make up the hours but Immediately after taking the overnights position they deleted my employee number out of the system at imos and you have to type in your number to do literally anything on the imos registers such as put in my employee meal, take customers orders, etc. So I never got to make up my hours and was blatantly lied to. On top of all that mgmt was starting rumors about me, spreading them throughout the entire employee roster, gossiping about me and I'm sure others but I know for sure about me because I had 3 employees tell me they heard mgmt gossiping about me. Very unprofessional. In my opinion, I think they did this for one because they clearly have no life and 2 because I outwork them and make them look bad ..but instead of stepping up their own productivity and improving their work ethic they'd rather spread lies, spread rumors and gossip about the employees that work their butt's off.
