      Actively seeking to recruit engineers, however it is probably due to a high turnover of unhappy staff.

      Inconvénients

      Business areas working in isolation Very poor leadership and management of staff. Wages are much less than competitors. Far too process driven. Archaic and toxic management style No value placed on experienced staff.

      Inconvénients

      Multiple systems in use with poor integration. Manual working methods due to poor systems. Poor Turnover in leadership roles has created a culture of uncertainty
