With regard to background checks, Rheem Manufacturing does not require 6 references from any candidate, only 3 professional references. The company does administer assessments and depending on the role the assessment will have varying levels. The only reason a W2 would be requested is if employment can't be verified in the normal manner. Rheem Manufacturing does conduct background checks and candidates are provided the option to give Rheem Manufacturing permission to contact their current and former employers. The company takes extra precautions to ensure candidate's privacy is protected.
The amount of time for an interview depends on the role. Giving candidates the opportunity to meet with several members of their potential team allows them to make an informed decision on whether the position is a great fit for them.
