      Avantages

      The job is really easy and you meet a lot of nice people.

      Inconvénients

      They are strict about rules, management plays favorites, they force us to attend staff meetings, and go to a lifeguard training even if you are not a lifeguard.

      Really good staff, they care about employees.

      I don't have too many cons, scheduling was a bit difficult.
