One of the best SaaS platforms I have ever seen.
Inconvénients
They attract candidates by gimmicks such as "free food", "fast-growing startup", and trap young talent into a bond 1) After hiring me, they realised they could not afford my salary, so without any reason or intimation, they ended my tenure and bluntly said they WILL NOT pay me. One employee who belongs to the founder's office is extremely micro-managing and completely non-supportive 2) The Company does not have the money to provide laptops and asks employees to get their own laptops. And once they join, they put pressure to upgrade to a better laptop, or they threaten to end their employment. 3) No work time flexibility at all. They do not care if it's heavy rains or there is any medical emergency, they just want employees to reach the office anyhow before 10 am. 4) 6 DAYS working. 5) The list is long, this company is a nightmare..BEWARE 6) And there are a lot more cons.
