It's unfortunate that this opportunity did not turn out to be the best fit. We would respectfully disagree regarding the "pros" of working at Responsive Auto. Our employee turnover ratio is low (below ~10%), and our "voluntary" turnover (excluding retirements) among employees after their first year is close to zero. We view our strong employee retention levels as an indication that our employees are voting with their careers, and we hope they continue to choose Responsive as a place to build those careers at a rapidly growing, employee-oriented company.
