      Avantages

      Good incentives on sales accounts

      Inconvénients

      In shift timing "In time" is fix but "out time" is not fix, have to stay back daily for 2 to 2 and half hours, Working on non working days that too more than shift hours.. Can not leave even if shift timing is completed.

      Avantages

      I liked the environment only in the first month of joining.

      Inconvénients

      No work life balance, there is a fix entry time but no fix exit time They will make you sit till 10:30-11 pm at night They will call you for one on one meeting with 2 managers 4 times a day. To give you mental torture
