      Inconvénients

      No salary progression. Shrinking organization, promotions not possible. Annual raises consistently below inflation. Company constantly reorganizing but discourages lateral mobility.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
