      Pay and benefits are good. Work schedule is flexible.

      Inconvénients

      Bonus structure is unfair. Madrid does not listen to US technical staff. Lean business model overworks staff.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.

      Inconvénients

      None that I've noticed. Great company & people working here!
