Great place to work! - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Repsol

As many have said in other reviews, the pay is subpar for similar jobs in the Houston area. It is difficult to get ahead and advance your career if you are not Spanish (or a Spanish speaker). I tend to agree with the statement that Repsol is a Spanish company....not an international company. However, over my time at Repsol, I am slowly seeing changes occur that lead to more diversification of its management style across the globe. I remain optimist that changes will come!!
