      Avantages

      Good place to learn. lots of technology stack to work. If any one really wants to work in Java domain this is the best place . People are helpfull and ready to take challenges. Overall perfect place to work as 2 to 5 yr exp.

      Inconvénients

      Need to take responsibilities of job by yourself. Some time workload is heavy so ready to work on weekends(comp off will be given).

      Exciting applications of social data online. Management style allows proactive employees take initiative Small and mobile company

      Inconvénients

      Product developed offshore at sub-standard quality. Lack of focus led to three pivots within the first year. Over invested in sales on a schedule that promised to deliver before maturation of the product.
