      -The team is the best, everyone is willing to help you and give you a hand when you need it. -There is flexibility for any emergency in terms of schedules. -Constant training to keep you updated -The management is open to solve your doubts and help you

      Inconvénients

      -If you are not very organized it can be a problem, since there can be a lot of work and you need to know how to solve it in time

      Avantages

      Seems like a good environment, but only if your only requirements are snacks and coffee

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic expectations and using employees as scapegoats for poor business practices. Mel, the CEO does not have realistic expectations for employees. She constantly belittles those and shows favoritism towards a small handful of staff members. Everyone else is on the chopping block when the company is doing poorly overall. She will blame her incompetence and lack of success on those she doesn’t like, and take it out on them. Unless you really want to kiss her feet constantly, stay away from here.
