      - Positive, fun and friendly environment. Everyone I work with feels like a large family. - No micromanagement. No metrics to "prove" how good of a recruiter I am. - Opportunities for growth - Executive leadership is genuinely passionate about the residents and this line of work. Family-owned and operated and it makes all the difference!

      Avantages

      I love working with all my coworkers, the environment is fun and easy going. The managers are supportive. They’re always asking if you need help, they all really care which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot to learn working as a nurse and it can be overwhelming at times.
