Avantages

Reltio is a great company for anyone looking for ownership and growth. The best part about Reltio is "People" and "Product". The entire team is very vested in the company and it almost feels like an extended family. It is a reasonably flat organization with open door (rather no doors) culture. It's always exciting to be a part of Product that generates enthusiasm, excitement, and satisfaction among customers. The product is awesome! Reltio is great from PM perspective as you will get have Great customers who are very vested in our product and roadmap Work on newest and most innovative technology stack Opportunity to create Greenfield products from ideation to adoption i.e business plans, designs, pricing, GTM, adoption etc Full ownership of products - true CEO's of product Very solid product management and leadership team Strong culture of collaboration

Inconvénients

As a hyper growing company, you have to constantly multitask on many aspects of the product success i.e. demanding customers, putting processes in place, hiring, enabling team, optimizing cost, vendor negotiations etc. This role is for anyone who truly wants to enjoy every aspect of a PM job and owning a product from all aspects. Hiring process quite rigorous as you will be evaluated on ability to fully own the product.
