      Avantages

      The company has built some incredible proprietary technology to collect data. Lots of smart people working there. And it's backed by some very well known investors.

      Inconvénients

      The product has not taken off yet, or at least not in the way we had hoped. It's partly because the sales cycles take a long time. People do like it when they use it.

      Avantages

      Interesting product, and a lot of untapped potential remains; managers hear you out and usually make your opinions feel respected even if they are ignored. There is a lot of potential for growth and a roster of well known investors looking to make the company a success. The projects feel rewarding given you are enhancing a product used by hundreds of high value clients (especially the one I am working on now).

      Inconvénients

      Management unsure about which direction to go, almost too casual, cliques from Capital IQ remain. High turnover as well. Certain tech people branding themselves as "genius" is not unheard of, but unjustified as the architecture leaves a lot to be desired.
