Despite the efforts to build a positive culture, the top management (especially in product area) of the company proved to be weak and unprofessional, which led to the degradation of management processes. This made it challenging for employees to perform their duties effectively and contributed to a lack of transparency and trust within the company. In times of trouble, I witnessed top managers resorting to lying to cover their mistakes, which only served to undermine the positive culture that the company is trying to build. Additionally, the human resources department applied high pressure tactics which did not align with the company's values and further added to the already challenging work environment. Overall, while I appreciated the efforts made by Regiondo to build a positive and supportive culture and the presence of many talented professionals, the unprofessional and weak top management was a significant drawback that had a negative impact on the company's performance.
