      Avantages

      Nice and helpful coworkers, interesting mix of subject matter experts.

      Inconvénients

      - No transparency of work. Leadership does not provide information on future strategy, deal pipeline, and emerging areas of business. - Interview process tends to misrepresent actual experience at the firm. - Work is unimaginative and bland. - Unclear definition and use of the “meritocracy.”

      Avantages

      The staff are driven, humble, and hard-working. They are incredibly motivated to grow the firm, deliver high quality work products to clients, and have entrepreneurial spirit! Reference Point's people are truly our greatest assets and they are an absolute joy to work with day to day.

      Inconvénients

      Like many boutique sized firms, there are some growing pains as we scale but most of our internal and client-facing staff enjoy the challenges that come along with building a business!

      Full of intelligent and cooperative people. Plenty of opportunities to carve your own path since it’s a smaller company.

      Inconvénients

      The PTO policy is not as generous as most consulting firms.
