-Connecting with members and providing them love and care -Overtime -Feeling like you make a difference in someone’s life -Empowering members to be themselves and help them emotionally -Being an advocate for those who desperately need it -Management will try to give you the days off that you request

At times it can feel that not everybody in this field is emotionally intelligent enough to handle behaviors or positively correct members when they are having a hard time. I believe staff should be required to learn more about psychology, empathy and emotional support. It would benefit everybody.

Besides the members, nothing else

Awful company. They don’t care about you. They don’t even interview you. If you can show up and do the job, you’re hired. Red flag! Constant micro managing and the CEO is a piece of work. She’s nowhere to be found unless it has to do with covering herself. They have work cell phones and she will harass you most of the day and it’s exhausting. Not worth your mental health and let’s not forget that if you need time off, she’ll fire you. Then once you’re back, she’ll rehire you. Trust me, I’ve honestly seen it happen. Find anyway NOT to pay you. There’s no PTO, sick time or even health benefits. It just keeps getting delayed. Listen to this review and NOT the fake 5 star reviews on here. Look at how it’s worded. It’s not hard to see that it’s fake. I promise, your mental health will go right to the toilet. Save yourself and work elsewhere and save your sanity. Plus, let’s not forget, do you wanna work 24 hr+ shifts because no one showed up? Exactly.
